Four production lines,
one accountable team.
Choosing the right process is the difference between a sensible print bill and a wasteful one. Here is how we decide — and how you can, before you even call.
Offset printing
Plate-based sheet-fed printing. There is a fixed setup cost, so it is uneconomical below roughly 1,000 pieces — but above that the per-unit price falls away sharply and colour fidelity is superb. Use it for brochures, catalogues, letterheads, bill books, pamphlets, mono cartons and any campaign above a few thousand pieces. Pantone spot colours and metallic inks available.
Digital printing
No plates, so no setup cost and no minimum quantity. Slightly higher per-unit price, dramatically lower total cost for short runs. Use it for 100 business cards, personalised ID cards, numbered certificates, prototype packaging and any job needing variable data — different names, codes or photographs on every piece.
Large format printing
Solvent and UV machines printing up to 1440 dpi on flex, vinyl, fabric, sunboard and rigid substrates. Standees, banners, backdrops, shop signage, vehicle branding and exhibition stalls, with fabrication and installation across Hyderabad.
Specialty and finishing
The processes that make print feel expensive: spot UV, hot foil stamping, embossing and debossing, soft-touch lamination, die-cutting to custom shapes, scratch-panel application, hologram patches, sequential numbering, perforation, creasing, saddle-stitching and perfect binding.
